Re-format & Restore System

Data Backup/Restore

Backup and restore data such as documents, photos, etc. when system need to be formatted. £19.15 (£22.50 Inc VAT)

Note

We will not install any software including operating systems that we believe to be unlicensed or "pirated". A valid Windows licence will be required for Windows installation.
Although we take great care with customer's data, we will not be held responsible for any loss of data or installed applications whilst the machine is being worked on in our premises. Customers are advised to take a full back up of data before bringing their machines in for work.

Warranty (Under 12 Months Old)

We can handle all repairs to Epson inkjet printers within the 12 month manufacturer's warranty, regardless of where it has been purchased from.

No cost service to end-user
Walk-in service, no appointment required.
We aim to look at you printer within 30 minutes
We will resolve the issue in one of three ways;
Repair your printer within 30 minutes
Replace unit with one from our Epson Stock
Order a replacement from Epson
We can not honour extended warranties purchased from 3rd parties other than Epson. Please bring a proof of purchase to avoid delays in verification of warranty status.

Out of Warranty (Over 12 months old)

For a fixed labour fee we will endeavor to fix any Epson inkjet printer or multifunction unit.

Large laser printers will only be looked at on-site
